Procurement Manager
Jason is our Procurement Manager with over 20 years of operational experience across several roles. His career journey started as part of the store openings team and through his tireless efforts achieved ongoing performance based recognition via ‘Store of the year’ and employee of the year’ awards.
Following on from these early operational roles Jason then leveraged his analytical skills in the role of Labour Analyst to further assist brand operations to better understand, manage and control all aspects of the labour model across locations, to optimise staffing structures that complement intended service standards, and control costs to the commercial benefit of the business.
Given his depth of knowledge, Jason is often called on to assist the business in the development of online labour modelling software, develop strategies to redesign labour controls and more generally help optimise the executional outcomes from location to location.
Over his previous roles and as Procurement Manager, Jason prides himself on his adaptability and unwavering commitment to the success of the business and takes a forward looking approach to drive individual, team and company wide achievements.
