Brand Manager Italian Street Kitchen and ribs & burgers

Gareth is our Brand Manager for Italian Street Kitchen. He’s a hospitality professional with 20 years experience across the UK, Europe and Australasia.

Gareth spent 10 years with Jamie Oliver restaurants, opening over 25 new venues across the world as Regional Area Chef in the UK, and Group Executive Chef in Australia. In 2016, Gareth opened Sydney’s first urban farm and restaurant precinct, ACRE Camperdown as Executive Chef and Group General Manager. An urban farm with multi faceted F&B outlets. The concept grew to 3 venues including ACRE Burwood, and one ACRE rooftop farm housed in the world’s most sustainable retail outlet.

Gareth then joined Seagrass in March 2021 as the Brand Manager of Italian Street Kitchen and has continued to develop the brand opening new locations in Bella Vista, Perth, West End and Penrith.

As a qualified chef combined with deep operational experience in several environments Gareth is a operational leader that can drive the business both back and front of house. He encourages collaboration across the team and champions the teams achievements.
