Phil Keelan

Phil has over 23 years hospitality operational experience across 4 continents, multiple industry sectors including clubs, pubs, restaurants, QSR segments and 7 years in the Cruise Ship business.

Phil brings his unique blend of hospitality experience and high energy approach to Seagrass, initially in operations roles with Ribs & Burgers brand and currently as the Operations leader for the Five Guys Master Franchise business in Australia & NZ.

Phil is a self confessed culture first leader and combines this with a strong brand-led operation to create the customer-experience culture within the Five Guys team. He’s built strong teams and a people pipeline that are culture driven.

Phil is excited for the upcoming store growth of Five Guys brand across Australia and New Zealand.
