Chad Rahme

Chad entered the retail sector in South Africa via the clothing industry, before moving across to hospitality. While still in South Africa he started his hospitality journey where he owned and operated a middle eastern street food casual dining concept. After relocating to Australia Chad was initially involved in the café sector before joining the Seagrass team to kick start the introduction of the Ribs & Burgers brand.

Chad was one of the co-founders of the Ribs and Burgers brand which opened it’s doors in 2011 and has built both a multi-unit business and a loyal team around him, which is the backbone behind the growth of the brand.

With over 20 years experience in hospitality he prides himself in all aspects of delivering customer service excellence, in every store, every day.

Chad also helped bring the ISK brand to market through his ability to see the potential opportunity and bring to life the real synergy of like-mined operators with differing skill sets.

He has deep knowledge of all aspects BOH operations and supply chain within the casual dining sector and has led the product development of Ribs and Burgers. Chad prides himself on the strength and tenure of his core team who he continues to develop and motivate.

Chad lives the company culture on a daily basis and has been key in ensuring team work is at the forefront of the way we lead.
